We’re seeking an exceptionally experienced Product & Technology Advisor / Startup Mentor with 25+ years of hands-on experience to partner with our founders and leadership team on a paid hourly consulting basis.
We are not looking for a traditional Product Manager.
This is a highly senior advisory engagement.
We are looking for someone who has actually built, launched and scaled technology products and can bring decades of real-world experience to help us make better strategic decisions.

What We Need Help WithProduct & Strategy
Defining product strategy and guiding 0→1 development
Achieving and deepening product-market fit
Building and prioritizing the product roadmap
Driving customer adoption and meeting enterprise requirements
Identifying blind spots and challenging key assumptions
Anticipating product and business challenges before they become expensive
Advise on making decisions on what to build, what to delay, and what not to build




Scaling & Startup Mentorship
Mentoring founders and leadership on how to scale from early product-market fit to significant growth
Establishing processes and operating rhythms that support growth without slowing the company down
Advising on technical and product debt management during rapid growth
Advising on build vs. buy vs. partner decisions at scale
Supporting the shift from startup mode to more mature operating rhythms
Identifying and resolving scaling bottlenecks in product, engineering, and operations
Helping with fundraising narrative, metrics storytelling, and due diligence readiness
Guiding the creation of solid product and engineering metrics / OKRs
Anticipating common scaling failure modes and helping the company avoid them
Preparing the company for the next stage of growth (Series A/B and beyond)
Acting as a trusted sparring partner on difficult strategic and organizational decisions
