Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Citrix L3 Engineer to support and manage a business-critical Citrix Cloud DaaS workplace for Compass Norway. The resource will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of Citrix Cloud services integrated with Microsoft Azure. The role requires expertise in Citrix infrastructure components, image lifecycle management, patching, user profile management, and operational support while collaborating closely with Norway IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
Citrix Cloud & Platform Administration
Manage and administer Citrix Cloud DaaS environment.
Support Citrix Cloud tenant operations, governance, and licensing activities.
Configure and maintain Citrix Cloud integrations with Microsoft Azure.
Manage Citrix Cloud Connectors and associated platform services.
Administer and support Citrix Federated Authentication Service (FAS).
Manage Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM).
Support and maintain Citrix Machine Creation Services (MCS).
Image Management & Patch Management
Manage Citrix Golden Images and MCS image lifecycle.
Perform monthly Windows Server patching activities.
Perform Citrix DaaS and VDA patching.
Install and upgrade application software, middleware, and client components as per approved change requests.
Update and maintain operational tools within images such as Trend Micro Antivirus, Tanium, and other endpoint management utilities.
Execute image validation, testing, and production rollout activities.
Perform image rollback activities whenever required.
User Profile & Infrastructure Management
Administer and troubleshoot FSLogix user profile containers.
Manage and support Remote Desktop Session Host (RDSH) environments.
Support and troubleshoot Active Directory Group Policies related to Citrix/RDS environments.
