Job Overview
We are looking for a agile and target-oriented PMS & OTA Sales Executive to generate business by promoting Hotel PMS, OTA management, channel management, and related hospitality technology solutions to hotels, resorts, and other hospitality businesses.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, managing sales calls, following up with prospects, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads from hotels, resorts, homestays, and other hospitality businesses.
Promote and sell PMS Software, OTA Management, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and related hotel technology solutions.
Make outbound calls and conduct online/offline meetings with potential clients.
Understand the client's business requirements and recommend suitable PMS/OTA solutions.




Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline and lead database.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients within company guidelines.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel and resort owners, managers, and decision-makers.
Coordinate with the implementation/operations team for successful client onboarding.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients for renewals, upgrades, and additional services.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional PMS and OTA solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and hospitality technology requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
