Accountabilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities for multiple US-based enterprise clients, including transaction entry, invoicing, bill payments, payroll preparation, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Work closely with senior accounting professionals to ensure client books and financial processes are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
Use cloud-based accounting and practice management systems to organize workflows, track assignments, and manage deadlines across multiple client accounts.
Analyze financial data and reports, translating large or complex datasets into meaningful financial information and actionable insights.
Support accounting and reporting activities for private equity- and venture capital-backed portfolio companies, including multi-entity environments where applicable.
Interact directly with clients when needed to
