About the Role
ABV is looking for a sharp, resourceful and highly dependable early-career professional to work directly with a Partner across research, communications, stakeholder outreach, executive support and daily coordination.
You will research unfamiliar subjects, prepare concise briefs, draft thoughtful communications, manage outreach and follow-up pipelines, coordinate schedules and ensure important commitments do not get lost.
The position includes both professional and personal coordination. It requires maturity,



discretion and comfort handling sensitive information within clearly defined approval boundaries.
This is neither a conventional administrative position nor a purely strategic role. The right person will be equally comfortable preparing a research brief, writing to a senior executive, organizing a meeting and following up until an agreed action is completed.
What You Will Do
Research and Decision Support
Research companies, sectors, people, products, services, venues and other unfamiliar subjects.
Compare options and convert findings into concise briefs, recommendations and trackers.
Verify information, identify relevant context and flag decisions requiring the Partner’s attention.
Prepare spreadsheets, presentations and other decision-support materials.
Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate research and routine work while verifying important information.
Communications and Stakeholder Outreach
Identify relevant founders, investors
