About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced C# Backend Developer with of hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in .NET/C# development and is highly proficient in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design robust APIs, manage data-intensive workflows, and ensure the reliability and performance of backend services. This role is with the services team based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using C# / .NET (Core/Framework).
Write productive, optimized, and maintainable SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions for data retrieval, transformation, and reporting.
Analyze and improve the performance of existing SQL queries and database schemas (indexing, query plans, normalization).
Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and QA to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.




Design and implement database schemas, and ensure data integrity across systems.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to backend services and data layers.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design decisions.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Work with CI/CD pipelines to support smooth deployment processes.
Document technical designs, APIs, and database structures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–6 years of professional experience in backend development using C# and .NET (Core / Framework).
Strong command over SQL - writing complex queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, and triggers.
Solid experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Proven experience in query optimization, indexing strategies, and diagnosing performance bottlenecks.
