eDiscovery Senior Specialist
Role Overview
Our customer, a global e-commerce travel technology group, is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist to join their eDiscovery contracting team for 3 months with a robust possibility of extension. The role will start ASAP and will be performed remotely in India.
This role will serve as the primary subject matter expert for Exterro, managing legal holds, collections, review support activities, and enterprise data source integrations. The successful candidate will play a key part in evaluating and implementing RelativityOne through a proof-of-concept initiative, ensuring continuity of critical eDiscovery workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end legal hold processes, including issuance, tracking, monitoring, and release of holds using Exterro.
Administer Exterro platforms and data source connectors, supporting collections, metadata analysis, and enterprise application integrations.
Partner with legal teams to execute review workflows, keyword searches, review batches, and document productions.
Lead the RelativityOne Proof of Concept (POC), including connector setup, workflow testing, feature validation, and gap analysis.
Collaborate with Legal, IT, HR, and external vendors to support preservation, collection, compliance, and eDiscovery operations across global brands.
Required Experience & Qualifications
5+ years of experience, with a strong background in eDiscovery, Legal Operations, Digital Forensics, or Information Governance within corporate or law firm environments.
Strong hands-on expertise in Exterro Legal Hold, DSD, Collections, Review Support, and Preservation workflows.
Experience with Relativity One Legal Hold, Collect, and integration workflows is highly preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise platforms including Google Workspace, Google Vault, Slack, Workday, and related integrations.
