Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a smooth, guest-focused experience. This role includes managing staff scheduling, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. The Restaurant Manager monitors customer feedback, resolves issues, and implements initiatives that improve guest satisfaction and overall performance. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers,



assisting with hiring and training, monitoring sales and costs, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
Experience in Hiring and team management, including training, coaching, and performance oversight.
Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and leadership, both verbally and in writing.
Hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations, including basic knowledge of kitchen processes, food safety, and quality standards.
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in quick-service or casual dining environments.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
