We are looking for a Sales Executive with prior automotive industry experience who can understand customer problems, explain repair recommendations, follow up effectively, and convert enquiries into bookings.
What You’ll Do
Speak with customers enquiring about car repairs, servicing, inspections, breakdowns, and other car-care requirements.
Understand the customer's vehicle problem and identify the right service or next step.
Explain repair recommendations, parts, labour, quotations, warranty, and service options clearly.
Convert inbound leads into inspections and confirmed repair bookings.
Convert inspections and quotations into repair orders.




Follow up with customers who are comparing quotations, postponing repairs, or seeking a second opinion.
Handle objections around pricing, parts, repair requirements, turnaround time, and service quality.
Coordinate with mechanics, technical teams, and operations whenever technical clarification is required.
Re-engage existing customers for servicing, pending repairs, and future car-care requirements.
Maintain accurate customer conversations, follow-ups, quotations, and outcomes in the CRM.
Understand why customers convert or drop off and share insights with the team.
Automotive Background — Mandatory
Candidates must have prior experience working in the automotive industry.
