1. Ensure implementation of defined procedure and processes.
2. Execute IP/ATP of all the equipment as per project roll out plan.
3. Conduct root cause analysis of data from the site for the critical faults.
4. Plan IP/ATP (acceptance testing plan) schedules for the entire circle in coordination with all wireline PBOTs.
5. Extend level 2 support for internet protocol and transfer to ensure resolution of network issues within SLA.
6. Collaborate with infra team for network management with respect to preventive and corrective maintenance.
