Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mangaluru, Hubli,Mysore,Bellary and Gulberga Karnataka with KEI Wires and Cables. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations related to wire and cable sales, distribution, and customer support within the Karnataka region.
Responsibilities may include managing dealer and distributor relationships, monitoring local market trends, coordinating with internal teams on inventory and logistics,
and ensuring timely delivery and installation support for projects. The position requires regular interaction with industrial and infrastructure clients, documentation and reporting of sales and service activities, and adherence to company policies and safety standards. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and support business growth in the region.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong sales, relationship management, and customer service skills relevant to industrial and infrastructure sectors.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic business analysis, reporting, and use of MS Office or similar tools to manage data and documentation.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of electrical products, wires, and cables, or related technical understanding within the power or construction domain.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients, projects, and on-site responsibilities.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills in English and local languages (such as Kannada) to engage with regional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in cables, electrical products, construction materials, or infrastructure projects within Karnataka will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, travel within the region as required, and comply with health, safety, and quality standards.
