We are hiring a Deputy Manager to lead a telecalling team for home loan sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, improving conversion ratios, and achieving team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and handle a team of telecallers (10–20 members)
- Drive outbound sales for Home Loans, LAP, and Balance Transfer cases
- Ensure maximum conversion of leads into login and disbursement
- Monitor daily calling activity, productivity, and performance
- Conduct training, coaching, and team motivation activities
- Maintain MIS reports and track team performance
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth processing

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in telesales / inside sales
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience
- BFSI / Housing Finance experience preferred
- Salary: Best in Industry + Incentives
