•The person should be able to work with business team, understand the requirement,

•work on the design & development (hands-on),

•support testing, go-live & hypercare phases.

•Person should also act a s a mentor and guide the offshore Medronic Kafka developer where he/she can review the work and take the ownership of the deliverables.
