Role OverviewFutureWorks is looking for a Junior Workplace Operations Manager to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our offices and workspaces.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, proactive and good at follow-ups. The person should be comfortable coordinating vendors, managing repairs, tracking maintenance and ensuring workplace issues are closed properly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day workplace operations and upkeep.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and service requirements.
- Work with vendors for electrical, plumbing, AC, carpentry, pest control and other workplace requirements.
- Obtain quotations, compare pricing and follow up until completion.
- Track AMCs, warranties, service schedules and preventive maintenance.
- Manage office supplies, housekeeping requirements and basic procurement.
- Maintain records of workplace assets, repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinate vendor bills and documentation with Accounts.
- Track pending tasks and ensure proper closure.




- Support internal teams with workplace and administrative requirements.
- Help maintain workplace safety, cleanliness and overall functionality.

What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, workplace operations or office management.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable dealing with vendors and negotiating basic commercial terms.
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Able to manage multiple tasks without constant supervision.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.

We are looking for a person who does not simply report issues, but actively follows through until the task is completed.
