We are looking for a creative and curious Junior Social Media Executive to research trends, develop content ideas, and create engaging social media content. The role involves content creation, scheduling, basic design/video editing, performance tracking, and supporting social media campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Contribute ideas for posts, reels, campaigns, and content series.
- Create and schedule content (copy + basic visuals/short videos) as per the content calendar.
- Track basic performance metrics (likes, comments, saves, views) and share weekly insights.
- Support senior team members in executing campaigns and experiments.

Eligibility & Skills

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML or Cloud Computing will be an added advantage.




- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships, freelance work, or personal social media projects are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills

- Valuable understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Basic copywriting, content ideation, and social media content creation skills.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
- Basic short-form video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Ability to conduct trend, competitor, and audience research and track basic social media metrics.
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
