? Junior Air Ticketing Executive – 1–3 years' experience

? Mid-Level Air Ticketing / B2B Sales Executive – 3–7 years' experienceRole Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Junior / Mid level sales experts in the Air Ticketing industry, based in Kolkata/Siliguri. The role involves engaging with customers and travel partners to understand their air travel requirements, provide fare options, and close sales for domestic and international flight tickets.

Responsibilities include managing daily inquiries, preparing quotations, processing bookings and cancellations, and coordinating with airline and internal support teams to resolve issues. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of sales activities, ensuring high-quality customer experience at the counter or office, and meeting defined sales targets and performance metrics. Team members are expected to collaborate with colleagues, follow company policies and workflows,



and proactively identify opportunities to upsell related travel services.

Qualifications

- Solid customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a focus on responsiveness and problem-solving.
- Proven Sales and Retail Sales capabilities, preferably in air ticketing, travel, or related service industries.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and airline partners.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of air ticketing processes,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in bookings and documentation.
- Good computer literacy, including use of office applications and online booking portals.
- Prior experience in travel agencies, airline ticketing counters, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory for junior level candidates.
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary or Graduate degree in any discipline; formal training in Travel & Tourism is a plus.
