We’re Hiring: Junior Instagram Specialist (Remote, Full-Time)

Vectors Group is seeking a Junior Instagram Specialist to manage and grow our Instagram presence through strong visual design, consistent posting, and audience engagement. This is a remote, full-time role (35 hours/week) suited for junior-level professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and publish Instagram posts, stories, and reels
- Ensure consistent brand look and visual quality
- Support organic follower growth and community engagement
- Monitor basic performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Stay current with Instagram trends and best practices

Requirements
- Junior-level experience managing Instagram accounts
- Design knowledge using Canva or similar tools
- Proven impact in increasing followers and engagement
- Understanding of Instagram formats, hashtags, and trends




- Strong time management and ability to work independently

Role Details
- Full-time: 35 hours per week
- Remote position
- Execution-focused junior role (no paid ads or advanced strategy)

Compensation
- $800 CAD per month
- Compensation aligned with junior-level scope and responsibilities
