Role Description As a Junior Flutter Developer at Techquitoes, you will work on-site from the Indore office, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will collaborate with senior developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to implement features, fix bugs, and ensure smooth performance across Android and iOS. Daily tasks include translating design mockups into responsive UI, integrating APIs, writing clean and maintainable code, performing basic testing, and documenting your work.

You will participate in code reviews, learn best practices, and support ongoing improvements to app quality and user experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Flutter and Dart, including building basic screens, handling state, and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Candidates should possess core software development skills such as object-oriented programming, version control (Git), and debugging techniques.
- Candidates should possess UI/UX implementation skills, including responsive layout, widget-based design, and attention to visual consistency and usability.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills to understand requirements, break down tasks, and propose simple, effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with designers, senior developers, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, are beneficial.
