AboutCosmicStays is a curated platform for unique villas and homestays across India. We help travellers discover memorable places to stay—whether it's a villa in the hills, a peaceful riverside getaway, or a home surrounded by nature.

We also work closely with property owners and manage different aspects of their vacation rentals, from bookings and guest communication to pricing, marketing, property maintenance, and day-to-day operations.

We are a growing startup, and we're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple things at once, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What will you be doing?As an Operations Executive, you will be closely involved in the day-to-day running of our properties. No two days will be exactly the same!

Your responsibilities will include

- Coordinating bookings and ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Communicating with guests, property owners, housekeeping teams, and other vendors.
- Making sure properties are ready before guests arrive.
- Coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational requirements.
- Quickly helping resolve any issues that may arise during a guest's stay.
- Keeping track of property availability, inventory, and operational tasks.
- Supporting the team with pricing updates and property management.
- Identifying problems and helping us improve our processes as we grow.




- Occasionally travelling to our partner properties when required.

Who are we looking for?We're looking for someone who is responsible, organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership. You might be a good fit if you:

- Are good at managing multiple tasks without losing track of the details.
- Communicate clearly and enjoy talking to different people.
- Can handle guests, property owners, vendors, and internal teams professionally.
- Are comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM systems, scheduling tools, and other digital platforms.
- Like solving problems instead of waiting for someone else to solve them.
- Have an interest in hospitality, travel, vacation rentals, or property management.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-moving startup workplace where things can change quickly.
- Are willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required.

Previous experience in hospitality, operations, vacation rentals, travel, or property management would be helpful, but we are also open to freshers who are genuinely interested in this space and willing to learn. ImportantThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. Since the role may occasionally require visiting our managed properties, we are currently looking for candidates based in Pune.
