Biotecnika is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Junior Business Growth Executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates from a Science, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences background who are interested in sales, customer interaction, relationship building, and business growth.

About the Role:

As a Junior Business Growth Executive, you will interact with prospective students and professionals, understand their requirements, explain suitable Biotecnika programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify and qualify potential leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs and services.
- Clearly explain Biotecnika's courses, programs, and offerings.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Guide prospective learners through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information using CRM tools.
- Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated on Biotecnika's programs and services.

Eligibility:

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Only candidates who have completed their Bachelor's or Master's degree are eligible.
- Candidates currently pursuing their studies are not eligible.
- Educational background must be in Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Candidates with B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or related science qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
