Junior Accounts Executive

At Bulkaroma, we are an online B2B platform that brings global access to aroma ingredients & fragrance oils.

Handle day-to-day accounting for a fast-moving B2B business with both domestic and export sales - invoicing, reconciliation, GST compliance, and keeping our books clean across multiple payment channels.

What You'll Do

- Record and reconcile daily sales, purchases, and expenses in Zoho Books
- Reconcile payments across Razorpay, bank accounts, and Shopify orders
- Prepare and file GST returns; handle TDS deductions and filings
- Support export invoicing and documentation (LUT, shipping bills, BRC/FIRC follow-ups)
- Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist with vendor payments and purchase entry
- Support monthly closing, MIS reports, and audit requirements

Who We're Looking For

- B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter (or relevant experience)
- 1 to 3 years in accounting; freshers with strong fundamentals also considered




- Working knowledge of Zoho Books or Tally
- Understanding of GST and TDS
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to spot discrepancies
- Added advantage: exposure to export accounting, FIRC/BRC, or international transactions
- Added advantage: comfort with automating repetitive accounting tasks
