- Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and rate analyses for residential and commercial projects.

- Study architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to extract material quantities.

- Support in preparation of tender documents, bidding, and cost comparisons.

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for rate quotations and material pricing.

- Analyze changes in design or specifications and update cost estimates accordingly.

- Prepare preliminary and detailed cost breakdowns for new projects.

- Maintain cost records and assist in preparing budget vs actual reports.

- Work closely with the billing and contracts team for accurate project costing and monitoring.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and estimation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 2–4 years of experience in estimation within real estate or construction.

- Good knowledge of quantity take-off, rate analysis, and Excel/AutoCAD.

- Understanding of construction drawings and material specifications.

- Detail-oriented with solid analytical and communication skills.
