Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India.

The Job

Title will support daily operations related to trading and manufacturing activities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Responsibilities may include maintaining documentation, assisting with inventory tracking, and supporting customer inquiries regarding product specifications and availability.



The role will also involve close collaboration with production and logistics teams to help meet quality standards and operational timelines. The person in this position is expected to work on-site, adhere to company procedures, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with production teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and comfort with learning new software.
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Understanding of or interest in manufacturing, trading, or building materials (plywood, WPC boards, decorative items) is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, in a quick-paced environment and adapt to operational needs.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in business, commerce, operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, trading, logistics, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
