The Junior Architect will assist in designing, drafting, and coordinating architectural projects from concept through execution, ensuring functional and aesthetic excellence aligned with the company’s brand and project vision.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, presentations, and construction drawings.

- Support senior architects in creating layouts, 3D visualizations, and working drawings.

- Coordinate with internal departments (Project, Planning, Sales) for design feedback and revisions.

- Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.

- Research materials, building codes, and sustainable design practices.

- Contribute to conceptual design ideas and brainstorming sessions.





- Maintain and update architectural documentation and design databases.

? Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

- 0–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate or architectural firms.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.

- Basic understanding of local building codes and regulations.

- Solid visual awareness, technical ability, and attention to detail.
