Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida.

The Job

Title will support the Brassica brand by contributing to daily operational activities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that processes align with the company’s focus on quality, health, and customer satisfaction. Typical responsibilities may include monitoring product-related tasks, maintaining documentation, supporting marketing or sales initiatives,



and assisting in communication with partners or customers as required. The role involves proactive problem-solving, collaboration with cross-functional departments, and adherence to company standards and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with production, marketing, sales, and administrative teams.
- Basic understanding of FMCG or food products, particularly health-focused consumer goods, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common office software (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email) and comfort with learning internal systems.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, food technology, marketing, or a related field preferred.
