Key responsibilitiesConfigure and operate JCMA (Jira) and CCMA (Confluence) for pilot, wave, and cutover migrationsExecute delta sync runs using automated scripts; monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve migration errors in real timeBuild and maintain reconciliation scripts (source vs target: counts, field validation, attachment checks, exception logs)Perform target-side configuration tasks: create/modify issue types, workflows, fields, permission schemes, space settings as directed by the Solution ArchitectExecute link remediation for Confluence (internal links, cross-product references,
