About The Role

We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer to join our innovative team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in mobile application development using React Native and will play a crucial role in building and maintaining high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of scalable and efficient mobile solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating design concepts into functional apps, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences across iOS and Android platforms.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of qualified experience in React Native development. A strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript is essential,



along with a solid understanding of React fundamentals such as hooks, component lifecycle, and reusable component patterns.

Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, MobX, or Context API is required. Familiarity with consuming REST and GraphQL APIs, native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle), and app store submission processes is necessary. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in debugging, profiling, and performance tuning on both iOS and Android platforms.

Good communication skills, the ability to work independently, and collaborative teamwork are also important. Knowledge of Git and version control workflows is expected.

Responsibilities

- Build, ship, and maintain features for our cross-platform mobile app using React Native.
- Translate designs and product requirements into responsive, pixel-accurate UI.
- Integrate REST and/or GraphQL APIs and manage application state effectively.
- Write clean, reusable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and standards.
- Debug and resolve issues across iOS and Android, including platform-specific behavior and bugs.
- Optimize app performance, startup time, and memory usage to enhance user experience.
- Work with native modules and bridge to native (iOS/Android)



code when needed for advanced functionalities.
- Manage app releases to the App Store and Google Play, including build creation, signing, and submission processes.
- Participate actively in Agile development processes, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
