Role Overview:

Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications, ensuring high availability, quick issue resolution, and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and troubleshoot Java applications, APIs, microservices.

- Analyze logs, stack traces, thread/heap dumps.

- Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs.

- Work with dev teams for bug fixes, hotfixes, and deployments.

- Handle SQL queries, Linux commands, and automation scripts.

- Support application servers (Tomcat/JBoss/WebLogic).

- Maintain documentation (SOPs, RCA reports).

Skills Required:

- Robust Java/J2EE fundamentals.

- Good debugging skills.

- SQL & database knowledge.

- Linux/Unix proficiency.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics).

- Understanding of CI/CD and version control (Git, Jenkins).

Nice to Have:

- Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Docker/Kubernetes.

- ITIL knowledge.
