Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical leadership skills, hands-on coding expertise, and experience managing development teams in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of scalable full stack applications.
- Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions.
- Develop robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build responsive frontend applications using ReactJS or Angular.
- Guide and mentor development teams on best coding practices and architecture.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and high availability.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions.




- Drive CI/CD implementation and cloud adoption initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Java 8/11/17
- Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices
- Experience with ReactJS / Angular
- Robust understanding of RESTful APIs
- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ
- Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
- Knowledge of SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL
- Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines
- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP
- Strong knowledge of design patterns and system architecture
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience in cloud-native application development
- Exposure to DevOps practices
- Knowledge of security and performance optimization

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
