? We’re Hiring: HR Intern | 6-Month Paid Internship
I’m looking for an HR Intern to join us in Mumbai and work closely with me on day-to-day recruitment and HR operations.
This is a hands-on role — not just sourcing candidates. You’ll get exposure to the complete hiring and onboarding process, including:
• Coordinating with hiring vendors and receiving CVs
• Sharing relevant profiles with hiring managers
• Scheduling interviews and following up for feedback
• Preparing and sending offer letters
• Candidate follow-ups and offer acceptance
• Preparing employee agreements and joining formalities
• KYC and document verification
• Checking bank and employee details
• Adding employees to Zoho and maintaining HR records
• Supporting other HR operations and administrative tasks
I’m looking for someone who is organised,



proactive, good with follow-ups, comfortable coordinating with different people, and willing to take ownership.
? Location: Cuffe Parade, Mumbai
? Stipend: ₹10,000–₹15,000/month
