The Role In a Nutshell

As a Senior Accounts Executive, you will work on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and Employee Payroll. You should have a working knowledge of Zoho Books and QuickBooks.





Role & Responsibilities

You will be managing all receivables and payables in Zoho books for India and the USA.You will be preparing the budget every month and processing the Payroll for EmployeesYou will be managing the deductions of TDS and PF/ESI. This includes adding/updating and making monthly PF/ESI paymentsYou will be managing the Account Books for both India and USYou will be responsible for Estimated state taxes, Federal and State tax returns for our US operations and coordinating with IRS for necessary filingsYou will be Responsible for statutory and Tax audit preparation, Internal control over

financial reporting process and documentation, Due diligence audit during every round of funding.
