About The Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is proactive, communicative, and comfortable interacting with customers in written English.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer comments and questions, managing Play Store reviews, and handling general customer support inquiries. This is a great chance for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys solving problems and communicating with people.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer comments, questions, and support requests promptly and professionally.
Monitor and reply to Google Play Store reviews in a helpful and appropriate manner.
Handle general customer inquiries through available support channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information or solutions.
Escalate technical or complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-focused tone in all communications.
Track recurring customer issues and share feedback with the relevant teams.




Follow up on unresolved customer concerns to ensure timely closure.
Maintain basic records of customer queries, feedback, and resolutions.
Contribute ideas to improve the overall customer support experience.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, community management, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable writing clear, polite, and professional responses.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Valuable problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
Basic understanding of mobile apps and the Google Play Store.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
