Role Description The Wedding Planner will manage full-cycle wedding planning and coordination for clients, ensuring smooth execution of events from initial consultation to post-event follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients to understand their vision, designing event concepts, creating and managing timelines, coordinating with in-house vendors, and overseeing logistics on the wedding day. The role involves budgeting, tracking expenses,



and presenting options that align with client preferences and financial plans. The Wedding Planner will also handle guest management, address on-site issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors through clear communication and responsive service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kerala, India.
Qualifications
Robust Planning and Event Planning skills to organize multiple weddings and related functions efficiently.
Demonstrated Wedding Planning experience, including managing timelines, ceremonies, and reception details.
Ability to manage Budgeting and cost control while balancing quality and client expectations.
Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and client satisfaction.
Attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving skills for fast-paced, dynamic event environments.
