Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Engineer (Food) role based at our manufacturing facility in Pune. The Maintenance Engineer will oversee the maintenance and reliability of food processing and packaging equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and consistent production quality.



Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine inspections, planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinating repairs to keep equipment running safely and efficiently. The role also involves collaborating with production and quality teams to support continuous improvement, maintaining maintenance records, and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. The Maintenance Engineer will contribute to optimizing equipment performance, reducing breakdowns, and supporting the company’s focus on quality and innovation in food manufacturing.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for food processing and packaging machinery.
Candidates should possess solid Maintenance Engineering experience, including planning, execution, and optimization of maintenance activities in a manufacturing
