Role Description The Occupational Therapist will work full time in a hybrid capacity, based in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional skills, and designing individualized intervention plans. The role involves delivering therapy sessions, monitoring progress,



and updating treatment goals to support participation in daily activities at home, school, and community settings. The Occupational Therapist will collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals, providing guidance on strategies, home programs, and adaptive tools. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate documentation, participating in case discussions, and contributing to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Solid foundation in Occupational Therapy, with skills in assessment, intervention planning, and evidence-based pediatric practice.
Knowledge of Medicine and Rehabilitation principles relevant to child development and functional recovery.
Experience or interest in Pediatrics, including working with children across different age groups and developmental profiles.
