Job Overview

The Senior Software Testing Engineer is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software applications through comprehensive testing strategies and execution. The role involves leading test design and execution activities, supporting test automation efforts,



and collaborating closely with development and product teams in an Agile setting.

Roles & Resposibilities

Analyze business and functional requirements to develop detailed test scenarios and test cases.
Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Ensure complete test coverage for assigned modules or applications.
Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar systems.
Perform root cause analysis and validate fixes.
Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, Postman, or similar frameworks.
Contribute to building reusable test automation components.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
