Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in the Life Sciences industry and a robust understanding of US pharmaceutical and biotechnology commercial operations.



The Commercial SME will help translate complex business processes across sales, marketing, launch excellence, customer relationship management, omnichannel engagement, and commercial analytics into AI-ready requirements and solutions. This role will serve as a key bridge between client stakeholders, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure that AI agents, analytics solutions, and digital products deliver accurate, compliant, and commercially relevant outcomes. Success in this role will be measured through the quality of business requirements, accuracy of AI-generated outputs, reduction in delivery rework, client satisfaction, and successful adoption of solutions in production.
