Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Production Support Software Engineers to join our team. This position requires an Engineer to monitor and track applications using different tools and address if any issues noticed or reported or escalated.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Understand the product/functionality and the business requirements. Ensure the production support team is aware of the impact of changes that go into production.
Candidates will have hands on experience in handling distributed systems
Candidates should have experience with maintaining medium-to-large-scale web and mobile applications.
Ability to navigate multiple technologies including AWS, Openshift, Node JS, Python, Java, Mongo DB,
Be part of a quick-moving team, working with internally developed tools and open-source technologies.
Triage functional and technically complex customer reported issues in a distributed environment
