Job Description

Role Title: Global Mobility Expert

Location: Pune, India

Purpose of the Role

As Global Mobility Expert within the PX Operations global hub in Pune, you will play a key role in delivering consistent, compliant and high-quality operational support across international assignments. You will translate global CoE frameworks into efficient execution, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and managers across the organization.

In this role, you will contribute to delivering scalable PX services that support managers and employees globally,



enabling the business through reliable, accurate and productive service delivery.

By ensuring high data quality, strong coordination and operational excellence, you will help strengthen the global mobility service and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working across the PX organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage operational aspects of international assignments, including initiation, prolongation and termination processes.
Ensure accurate, timely and compliant execution of global mobility processes, supporting employees and managers across the organization.
Maintain and administer mobility systems (e.g. ECA Enterprise), ensuring high data quality, consistency and integrity.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Global Mobility, payroll, HR) and external partners (tax, immigration, vendors) to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery.
