Job Overview
The Physical IP Division in Arm creates Memory IPs which are extensively used by thousands of SoC designers around the world to design groundbreaking chips. We are currently developing memory fast cache instances on advanced technologies like 14A, 2nm from the leading foundries of the world. The various SRAM solutions are optimized for high speed, low power and high density, to cater to a variety of applications, ranging from Server to mobile and IoT.
Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for working on margining, characterization, verification and release of Memory instances. This activity will give candidate exposure to different types of memories like Single port/dual port SRAM/Register File; different types of views like Verilog, liberty, schematics, lef and gds; different EDA tools used for the development and verification flow. It will also give candidate opportunity to learn automation techniques which is one of the essential skills in the industry today.
Required Skills and Experience : Qualification & Experience
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering with excellent academic credentials
0-2 year experience in Memory design or characterization.
Essential Technical Experience
Good understanding of SRAM and digital circuits fundamentals
Basic understanding of device physics
Understanding of computer architecture (optional)
Working knowledge of scripting (Shell, TCL) and AI usage
