Role Description This is a remote volunteer role for a Business Analyst at Outcome School. The Business Analyst will work closely with program, operations, and leadership teams to analyze program performance, learner outcomes, and workforce alignment.



Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and improving business processes, and identifying opportunities to strengthen hiring pathways and employer partnerships. The role also involves preparing reports and dashboards, translating data into actionable insights, and supporting strategic decisions related to program design and scalability. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure that Outcome School’s programs remain practical, outcome-driven, and accessible.
