Your future duties and responsibilities
Job Role Summary :
We are looking for a strong ServiceNow Developer with 3–8 years of hands on experience in ServiceNow development, platform configuration and integrations.
The candidate should have solid expertise in ServiceNow platform development, ITSM and Field Service Management (FSM),
along with experience building integrations with external applications and enterprise systems.
The role will primarily focus on development, customization, integration and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions, with some involvement in troubleshooting, deployment and production support activities.
Experience in the Telecom domain will be an advantage.

Strong end to end ServiceNow development experience.
Strong FSM and ITSM expertise.
Proven experience designing complex ServiceNow integrations.
Strong platform architecture and scripting knowledge.
Ability to independently translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Experience guiding junior developers and contributing to technical design decisions.
