The Technology & Innovation team is currently looking for Senior System Analyst for CARD-400 (Credit Card systems).

The Senior Associate is required to contribute to requirement gathering, responsible for solution discussion, solution designs (functional and technical), developing, testing, and documenting project changes for Credit Card systems following Agile SDF process. The candidate will also require assisting delivery manager and/or scrum master’s in project management.

Possesses great understanding on Credit Card business and domain functional knowledge.
Possesses basic understanding on Personal Loan business and domain functional knowledge.
Actively lead and support credit card system development projects to achieve the most optimal client,



business and people outcomes.

Business

Understand business idea, clarify primary purposes of the future product or product feature changes. Assist in setting up primary product benchmarks, such as customer acquisition strategy and value proposition. Evaluate the most relevant means of implementation, which will be the most convenient for both stakeholders and developers.
Assist in development activities planning along with software development team, establish primary business requirements, shape development direction and arrange development prioritization, via workshop, user stories creation, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other necessary Agile ceremonies / activities.
Discuss in detailed with stakeholders and validate business requirement before business requirements is included in the team backlog, assures compliance of the development outcomes with a customer’s business goals. Ensure both sides on t
