Job Purpose:

To drive business growth through data analytics, MIS reporting, and business intelligence by providing actionable insights, sales performance tracking, and market trend analysis. The role supports strategic decision-making, sales enablement, and process automation to improve business performance and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and sales dashboards to track product performance and market trends
Analyze business data points and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
Prepare and present data-driven analysis for business heads during sales calls
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement




Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and data chapter for MIS automation
Support sales team with customized data analytics and business intelligence to drive revenue growth
Manage incentives, vendor payouts and score cards

Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in data management in banking
Demonstrated expertise in MIS development, sales dashboards, and business intelligence tools
Robust proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and trend forecasting
