Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager & Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in the Rail Domain to drive product strategy, requirements definition, and the delivery of advanced software solutions supporting rail signaling, rail operations, and comprehensive railway infrastructure systems.



The ideal candidate seamlessly combines robust product management and agile delivery fundamentals with hands-on rail industry knowledge. In this hybrid role, you will act as both the product visionary and the domain authority, collaborating closely with engineering teams, data scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders to build high-quality, domain-accurate, and compliant rail software products.

Requirements & Stakeholder Engagement

Gather, document, and refine detailed requirements for rail software products through structured discussions with industry stakeholders and technical teams.

Translate complex rail operational, infrastructure monitoring, and signaling concepts into clear, actionable user stories and robust acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
