Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior QA Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual and automation testing, excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and hands-on experience with Java and Selenium.

The role requires someone who can take ownership of quality across the software development lifecycle, design comprehensive test scenarios, mentor a small QA team, and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.



Experience leveraging GenAI tools to improve testing efficiency and productivity is highly valued.

Exp – 6 – 7 Yrs

Required Skills & Experience

Solid experience in Manual Testing and Software Quality Assurance.

Hands-on experience with test automation using Java and Selenium.

Strong knowledge of test case and test scenario design.

Excellent ability to identify positive, negative, edge, and corner-case scenarios.

Experience working with Jira for defect and project tracking.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with Git and Bitbucket.

Practical knowledge of performance testing concepts and tools.

Experience using GenAI/AI-assisted development and testing tools, such as:

GitHub Copilot

Claude

ChatGPT or similar GenAI tools

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
