Account Manager – IT Staffing

Work Mode: WFO – 5 Days

Experience: 6–15 Years

Must-Have:

/n

/n
- Strong experience in IT Staffing / C2H – mandatory.
/n
- Proven experience in Account Management & Delivery within IT Staffing.
/n
- Experience managing enterprise / key / strategic accounts .
/n
- Solid client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
/n
- Ownership of end-to-end delivery, including requirements, submissions, closures and joinings.
/n
- Experience managing client escalations, SLAs, governance and delivery performance.
/n
- Ability to drive account growth, revenue and profitability .
/n
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment and staffing operations.
/n
- Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.
/n

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the SPOC for assigned strategic accounts and build strong client relationships.
/n
- Manage end-to-end staffing delivery and ensure achievement of agreed SLAs.
/n
- Work closely with recruitment teams to drive fulfilment and improve submission-to-joining ratios.
/n
- Track requirements, pipeline, closures and onboarding performance.
/n
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
/n
- Conduct regular account governance and performance reviews.
/n
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and business growth.
/n
- Drive revenue and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
/n
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery.
/n
