Description

GlobalLogic is looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – Project & Product Operations with 9+ years of relevant experience to manage multiple projects and work closely with Product Managers/Project Owners. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SOP creation, workflow management, process improvement, team management, and performance monitoring.

The role requires a product-oriented professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day project operations, developing and maintaining SOPs, collaborating with product stakeholders, addressing product-related queries, and driving team performance.

Requirements

9+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Project Management, Product Operations, Technical Project Management, or IT Operations.
Proven experience working in the IT/technology sector.
Strong product-oriented mindset with experience working closely with Product Managers or Product Owners.




Hands-on experience in SOP creation, workflow management, process documentation, and process improvement.
Proven experience in team leadership, people management, or supervisory roles.
Strong understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and team performance management.
Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse, collaborative, and cross-functional workplace.
Proactive approach with the ability to identify process gaps, trends, and opportunities for innovation.
Strong decision-making and multitasking abilities.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
