ABOUT NEOFOX

Neofox is a creative production house in New Delhi. We are about 20 people and we do the whole thing in-house: concept, direction, shoot, post.

We work across automotive and corporate brand films (Hyundai, Samsung, PwC), hospitality storytelling (Shangri-La), music, artists and festivals (Sunburn, Nucleya), and ongoing monthly social retainers. We also build our own brands.

Location: CR Park, New Delhi. In office.
Reports to: Creative Lead, Concepts and Scripts
Duration: 6 months, with a view to a full-time offer for the right person
Paid internship.

THE ROLE IN ONE LINE

You come up with more ideas than anybody asked for, and you learn how to turn them into scripts.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

Generate. When a brief lands, you are in the room throwing routes at it. Most will not get made. That is the job, and it is how you get good at it.

Write. First drafts of social scripts, hooks, captions, on-screen copy. You will write a lot of these and you will get edited hard. That is the fastest way to learn.

Research.



Category work, competitor films, cultural context, references. Not just finding pretty films, but being able to say why one works.

Build the bank. Help maintain our running document of ideas, formats, hooks and references that the studio pulls from.

Watch and absorb. You will sit in on client presentations, go on recces and shoots, and sit in edit reviews. You will not be running these. You will be understanding how an idea survives from a deck to a delivered film.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You do not need experience. You need evidence that your head works this way.

You have opinions about films, ads, content and music, and you can explain them beyond liking or disliking something.
You can write clearly in English and Hindi.
You are curious about categories you know nothing about. Some of our best work is for brands you have never thought about for a second.
You take feedback without going quiet or
