Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will:

Hands-on Development & Configuration: Actively participate in the design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), favoring standard functionality.
Solution Design & Implementation: Translate business requirements into well-designed, scalable, and robust technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring they align with established standards and practices.
Proof of Concept & Feature Exploration: Drive technical exploration of new Salesforce capabilities and releases, creating proof of concepts and prototypes to assess feasibility and business impact.
Process Optimization & Documentation: Define, document,



and refine technical processes to improve team efficiency, code quality, and platform maintenance. Ensure technical designs and solutions are well-documented.
Platform Health & Support: Oversee critical technical platform activities, including monitoring, troubleshooting, addressing security notifications, and providing Level 3 support for complex issues.
Integration Implementation: Work on implementing and maintaining secure integration points between Salesforce and other systems within the Airbus IT Ecosystem.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including participation in technical design discussions.
Risk Management: Proactively identify technical challenges, dependencies, and risks within the team's scope, raising alerts as necessary.
Global COE Contribution: Contribute technical expertise and best practices to the Global Center of Excellence (COE
